Brief / Problem
Simon lives in Oxley Park Milton Keynes, which is a relatively new estate. Milton Keynes has a problem having a lot of clay in the area. So Simon’s issue was his garden was constantly wet and his young daughter couldn’t play on it for most of the year.
Solution
We explained the process of the groundworks and that we would take out enough of the existing surface and replace it with a good sub base to create a good firm footing with lots of drainage capabilities. We then discussed the choice of grass and Simon opted for “Natural Living†which is 50mm grass and has a very soft pile which is great for children.
