Brief / Problem
Morne & Karina had a small shaded garden that didn’t have much growth coupled with moss and mud patches. They wanted the lawn area as level as possible suitable for their children to use. The front garden was more decorative and they wanted to eliminate maintenance and just have a nice looking lawn all year round.
Solution
On the rear garden we suggested installing a sleeper to create 2 flat areas; we also excavated a lot of the existing surface which had a lot of builder’s rubble in as it was a new build. The sleeper was then set to create the two levels and then we introduced a good MOT type one sub base, the area was then blinded with sharp sand and then screened level, weed membrane was laid then our Natural Living artificial grass was fitted.

We have a small garden which is shaded for most of the day. Mud, moss, lumberjacks and heavy rain made it unpleasant to be outside and for our little ones to enjoy the garden.
